[Help] Explaining npc code in oldcodb (npc.txt) + how to delete npcs

Can anyone help explain to me the code in npc.txt in OLDCODB

Ok :P if you can explain to me the code,can you also tell me,say I knew a npc name like for example boxer,and I wanted to delete him,how would know the code to delete him,can anyone explain to me how to delete npcs :P

May i ask what means Mesh,Flag & Direction?

mesh is the look of the npc, flag is the type of npc they are being shop, or talking, and direction is what way they are facing..
