[Help] Weapon Accessory won't show up

Hello mates, Could you help me with my problem about the weapon accessory? it won't show up I mean when I use the weapon accessory example is "bunny" yet it won't change. only in the stat view but when it comes to a character part it only show the first weapon not the weapon accessory. does anyone encounter this error? if it is kindly help me to figure this out.
