Basic Guide or Source?

Hey guys I've been looking to make a server for just a couple people and ive been looking around for a couple days and havent really found it. I'm looking for a playable source with as less lag as possible it can be anything over 5165 and i dont mind if it doesnt have a load of features as long as we can play, fight, level up just the basics(more doesnt hurt tho). Can anyone possibly send me a link to one of these sources. Would be very much appreciated and thanked.

There was CSV3-4 which was relatively complete but outside that I cannot think of any higher patch sources I could possibly recommend using (other than throne which doesn't fit your needs by the sounds of it)

Checked CSV3-4 seems it's unaivalable

I wouldn't mind a 5165 server either just can't find one that's not filled with **** or buggy.

Looks like a pretty complex set up for someone like me but it sounds like a great source to play on so I'm gonna try it. Now just to download all the **** needed lol. Thanks guys.
