Just first. Not second reborn. Highest level was 130. Pking allowed in twin City. Socking/Upgrading equipment with artiasnwind in TC (all chance no guarantee) . No magic artisan in the Market. The only things i can think of at the moment

EDIT: Forgot No ArtiasnAsu(not sure on his name) in BI. All socket weapons were made from making from already socketed weapons.

umm that is wrong socketing was done on weapons with artisanOU in BI because i exploited a bug in it for years sellin socketed and 2 socketed non weapon items off it for $40usd per socket before they finally got smart and made a serverside check on it lol.

And there was magicartisan in market as well it has always been there since alpha and beta co all of which client versions i still have on my hdd. People had a choice of trying there luck in tc for less dbs or gauranteed success on upgrade in market as it is still today in co.

The only thing that has changed in magicartisan over the years is the recent addition to "de-level" items back to level 15 for a db that wasn't there before.

The only things in your post that is correct is you could PK in Twin City that part your right and only 1 reborn.
