Mysql help

I made it work before but somehow I couldn't access it anymore. I am using HeidiSQL since my Navicat already expired. I've been trying to figure this out even reinstalling Mysql, reconfiguring it, and adding users names to get access on my database. One thing I know that the name of the host that is not allowed to access is my computer name. Can anyone help me with this?

nah. this is 5990 ++. just open the appconfig , program.cs <--<if this have require in IP adress and root(Coz 5900++ The Configuration was transfer to Appconfig)> so better to check the appconfig.

and also don't forget to edit also the servername at configuration.sql
