Not that hard... go to port forward and look up information for your router. If you don't know how to do it without that, it's not hard.

Start> run> cmd: Type ipconfig, look at default gateway, type that in your browser window and then enter login information (should have from your router booklet, if not just google it. They are fairly standard like admin/admin, admin/nothing or something similar)

Then forward the 4(?) ports that conquer servers use to your local ip (also listed under the ipconfig information)

You can make sure your computer doesn't change it's local ip by setting your local area connection to always use the same information, also information is on portforward.com.

Cough Cough, You do not have to set your router to a static IP Address
IF your main IP found at IPChicken.com ever does change you either set it static via
router or Call your ISP Provider and have them set it for you Just Say i would like to set
My IP or Static IP they will run you threw steps to make sure it does not change when you unplug and replug it. But all this can be avoided if you ip does not ever change!

Now goto
Fill out the forms make sure to download and install the program.
This is one of many you can use btw. Very Much Needed
Click on +Add Host not Domain!
Set it to your IPChicken.com IP Address This is to Help to Tell your Router that this is
The Computer Running this Static IP Address you've Giving NO-IP.exe
Now open the icon located in task bar make sure the Little Smiley is Blushing
This makes sure any future updates by the program or some flaws are updated.

Now Goto Run- Type in
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts

If this Fails Type in
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\

Now open with Notepad And simple view this if its Wrong Then its Wrong and needs to be Changed in the Current Order i will give you!

Your Router Assigned IP will be First But if you have 127.0.01 there the it will be Second.

127.0.0.1 <-LocalHost
192.168.1.100 <-Router IP
75.139.34.154 <-IPChicken.com IP

Note - You do not need 127.0.01 There but you can keep it if you want to be sure
No other programs are using it in order to have no errors in the future. Now you can Remove or Replace my Quotes <- Does not really matter to me.

Mine looks like this

192.168.1.101
75.139.34.154

Now goto your Connection Open IP/TCP If you ron Windows XP or something.
Other Windows Suck as Vista would be TCP/IP-4 or something.
Now Open it up with Properties, You see This List in Order like.. for Windows XP,ME,2000
IP Address:
Subnet mask:
Default Gateway:
Same For Vista But Later on ill Explain the DNS Preferres Server for Vista User's Only
Now Windows XP User's Type in Dos or Command promt witch is found in StartMenu
As the User Above Explained how to Open If you do not understand please feel free to PM me on here i will help.
Look for the Info needed and set it as Shown when you type configip
And for more adv user's type configip/all and find your Ethernet connection
IP Address:192.168.1.100 or something close
Subnet mask:255.255.255.0 Most likely the Same
Default Gateway:192.168.1.101
This info will not be the Same as mine listed Above but could very well be the same if it shows it in configip.
Preferred DNS Server Not needed for XP,Me,2000 User's But you can if you want.

For Vista User's Simply put the Same info you seen in Command Promt configip.
DNS Server24.179.80.36
#2DNS-----use 3 or 2 such as for me 24.197.160.18
#3DNS-----use 2 or 3

now For all User's Press OK and all y our Connections and internet will restart setting the Static IP Address

Now goto all your files and folder and remember to keep no-ip program running at all times to keep the it pointed to your computer this will not effect any other computers online within your house hold or change anything.

Goto your CO priv server or what ever game your trying to host and make sure to set
all your hamachi ip's or if you nvr used hamachi then i would suggest looking for something already set.

Do not change any 127.0.0.1 IP's
Look for another ip Listed in almost ever source released
Set it to your IPChicken.com IP Address same as no-ip.exe program is running
Also remember you cannot use 192. or 196 ip in Accserver or anything.....
Thats a localhost IP Servs anyone from the out side no use at all period
after that your done open your server up make sure you use Correct SERVER NAME
This can cause problems. and in External IP use your IPChicken.com IP
Any other ip you may have used besides the one apointed to you from the start
i would strongly suggest you back up to step 1.

Now for Port Fowarding just use the 192. ip or 196. ip in your local browser
type in password and user name the same
Account : Admin
Password: Admin
And Port Foward all the IP's Listed below
9958 - 9958
9965 - 9965
5000 - 5000
5016 - 5016
80 - 80
3360 - 3360
81 - 81
6000 - 6346

Note If you only have one Port Slot to put it in thats ok!
make sure you set the ports to the same ip you used on static ip
192.168.1.100 or what you used...

Now Try it out make sure to Press Thanks if i helped you and Don't Forget to pm me
if you need some more help. But i really do not want to help you

[Help] Port Forwarding/Getting Rid of Hamachi
08/25/2009 - CO2 Private Server - 8 Replies
Heya, so I'm currently trying to get rid of Hamachi for my server. So I went ahead and forwarded two ports (because I'm using a router): 9958 - For Conquer, and 3306- For MySQL I tested to see if the ports were open and they were. But when I try to log in, it detects the server, but gets stuck at loading account server. My log shows a successful hit of a login which is kinda odd. I'm not sure what else to do? I can only think I'm maybe missing a port? Any help would be greatly...
