Need help port forwarding? I done everything right i believe.

i have recently (Yesterday) Posted this post or one like this but it got removed (For being in the wrong place)...
So what i am posting for :
I have port forward and its been checked for completion three times, (and about 100 by me)
And it is all set up right, it just doesn't seem to let me host a RuneScape Private Server (RSPS)..
So info about me :
Internet: BT HomeHub V2.0 (Wireless).
Connetions: Laptop, Iphone, Xbox360, IPhone.
Computer : Packard Bell (Vista)
Memory (RAM) : 2046MB
System Type: 32-bit operating system
Msn: Yes
TeamViewer: Yes
So.. things I've done.. (With photos)
No-Ip :
Host-name : deedscapee.no-ip.biz
Host Type : DNS Host (A)
IP Address : 86.149.***.5 (Last Update: 2010-02-01 01:03:50)
Assign to Group : No-Group.
MX Priority : 5
Window's Fire Wall Settings (Exceptions) :
I don't see anything wrong with these?, do you?
