Need help to change ip adress in client 5920

As in the title, I would like to get help to work my client with the server address.

Normally to change the IP address of the client is in server.dat
But when I do, it's coded in Chinese letter.
So now, there is there anyone who would be able to tell me or gone or what software you use to make a new server.dat?

You don't. You use loaders now from my understanding.

You have to use the file named "csv3config" , open it and change the IP.
