I get the same thing when another person tries to connect to my server.
Check if uve got the ip's right in your MasterSocket, AuthSocket and PacketProcessor.cs. Also check the server.dat for 127.0.0.1 to be the ip.
If you have then try playing around with the ips in PacketProcessor.cs *move the ips around* and check if it works with each change.
Im not reaaly an expert but thats how ive managed to fix the log in difficulties =3. Hope it helped.
