hello, my vip statue not have team(teleporter) i don't know the problem from where can any one help me to solve it

He means to say that the function 'teleport team' from VIP features doesn't work on his source.

Can someone tell him, please, that such a 'problem' is actually not a problem but a missing implementation of such feature? Please?
