Need Help Setting Up Conquer 1.0 Server

Hey Guys, I want to set up a Private Conquer 1.0 Server.

I know nothing about coding & programming. But i was seeking Staff that would help me develop the game.

I will host the server off my computer, I am currently running AU Government Speed ADSL 2+

I was hoping to find a bunch of programmers/coders to help me set up this server i will be paying users a certain percentage of money made off the game.

Okay so this is what im hoping to build.

A CONQUER:

1. NO CP MALL.
2. NO BP
3. NO Equipment bonus quest.
4. PK allowed in EVERY map besides Market
5. NO talisman.
6. NO lottery.
7. NO mentor
8. NO item lock.
9. NO trade partner
10. NO nobility
11. NO DB leveling
12. Get back Mining
13. NO making sockets with DBs.
14. NO PK protecting.

Basically like Conquer 1.0

If i cant host it fast enough ill hire a server to host the game.. please help me bring back the Conquer 1.0 so many players can enjoy it
