Do you have a slow computer left somewhere in the crappy garage or w/e?
Then this development is Definitely something for you!
How and what is this :
You can burn this on a cd or boot it from a usb if thats possible on your old pc.
What is this:
It's a boot file for windows, Like if u ever formatted your pc yourself you do know if it boots the setup.exe well this is the same only this boots the serverfiles it will use less services and reduce lagg and unnecessary use of ram and your CPU.
Is this free?
Yes rofl..
For what sources can this be done :
TQ binarys
LOTF
CoEmu v2
Yet ATM.
When will be this done?
IDK Yet i'm still making the boot file, not too long though.
The proper way is to make your server a Windows Service when you select a project type in C#. You can configure services like any other to run automatically.
What do you care if it gets done?
The first project is not getting done for a LONG Time. (Narration)
Second project ( CMS ) Almost done.
Third project is this one ^.^ And wont take long either so my point are:
- You are wrong they are 3 ^^
- my projects , my devs mind your own business
How is booting from a CD going to solve anything? If anything, you have additional overhead because you need to load the CD contents into memory rather than using hard storage. I have no idea what you're actually trying to do.
Why not just use Windows Server 2008 in "Server Core" mode with PowerShell and minimal services running, but include your own server as a service. Can't get any lighter than that.
It's not that I have "no interest" in this. I'm just giving you a bit of advice.

Put all files wherever *I suggest puttin all into Bin folder directly*
SETTING UP DEP SETTINGS
Go to Control Panel
Find System Icon *usually have to click Classic View*
Click on Advanced System Properties on the left hand side
Then Click the Advanced tab *may already be on this tab*
Then click Settings in the Performance area
Anybody got the solution? 12/04/2007 - Silkroad Online - 2 Replies Well I recently installed Windows Vista, but now I'm having some problems with my Loopback adapter. Well at least I think that's what causing the problem, because when I turn it off I don't get the error, but Silkroad doesn't load also. I tried everything (well at least what I was capable of to fix it myself but didn't succeed), reinstalling Silkroad, deleting the Bot and replacing it, etc. etc. When I have my Loopback enabled I get this error almost instantly.
