Its in your database ( navicat or localhost/phpmyadmin ) , for a mobspawn incorrect coordinates. Might be too big or too small find it and change.

thats lotf's problem , values of mob spawn's cannot be too big or too small.You should be able to use any Y and X coordinate from 0 to 999 and you shouldnt get any error.
