randomly the server will encounter this problem.
the character once died wont be able to revive he wont turn into a ghost and also if that happens the stamina stops working. GM needed to restart the server in order for the server to run normally again.

That's what happens when you're using a half broken source.

Check your attackhandler when a player dies and you must be handling stamina incorrectly.

this is what happen, everytime the stamina stops refilling , when someone dies he wont become ghost, but its only sometimes, like 1hour after the server is only or 2 hours or 3 hours or 30 minutes.

As said, you're using a really buggy source that's just not worth using by the sounds of it.

Stamina freezes are usually caused by a threading issue. The fact it happens after a death is most likely due to thread safety being ignored and possibly causing a deadlock where it's trying to access/edit resources that are in use and never freed up properly.

Solution: Use a decent source
Solution 2: Learn about thread safety and re-write much of how your source works from the ground up.

its weird cause it happen after 3 months of using my vps. before there was no problem, untill the vps hmaserv.com updated their site.

they might have lowered the cpu cycles your vps gets. contact them. But even if that was the case, a proper source would scale.

my source cpu usage is 0 -5 percent only aft the server is loaded it stays to 0 %
