[Request] Tut/Explainer on how to make your own conquer.exe

People have told me before and i have forgotten or somthing, but i would like someone to refresh my memory on how to make your own conquer.exe, soz if 1 was released and when i searched i missed it!

i want to remake a clients autopatcher, conquer.exe and play.exe but i dont have the slightest clue how to edit .exe's
