You dont use .sql files for 5065 go to zfserver\MYSQL\winmysqladmin.exe

Login with "test" "test"

Now open task manager and end mysqld-nt.exe and open it in your MYSQL Folder.

Go to navicat make new DB and name it cq

but no need add tables there ?

EDIT: When i open the winmysqladmin it not ask for ID and PW

and the light is red
