NPC Server problem

hey fellow elitepvpers

well earlier i had noticed a problem with my NPC server it was working fine but i had to replace it somehow because the old one wasn't generatring monsters well
so i replaced it and it worked but i restarted it and then it didn't work again and it says the following in the picture below then it stop it self. idk how to fix it really i hope someone reply to my thread i'd really appreicate it and thanks people.

You probably won't get an answer. TQ Binaries are very illegal, and so this forum forbids posting of them. You can continue asking questions, but as far as I know, nobody here uses them enough to be able to answer you properly.
