Looking for an opinion

Hey guys, some of you might heard that me and jacob/Super Aids are working on ProjectXV3 this time with many features, a thread to come later.

So i'm working on the web design atm I just finished the navigation bar and i need an opinion, shall i leave it like this or does it needs some changes?

There is not much to comment, but I will try.
You've said ProjectXV3, but I cannot see any "v3" in the logo.
I guess the text for the buttons is not rendered as image, so it is ok if you plan to add more buttons; otherwise you could increase font size. I do not know the whole palette you will use for the site layout, but I always prefer to increase contrast whenewer possible (black, insetad of dark gray).
It seems like there is a shadow under the buttons bar, but the top part is narrower than the bottom part; is it intended for 3D effect, maybe?

Yeh wanted it to look like 3D but i think that it's fine this way. Anyways I will do some changes on the logo and on the other things you mentioned as well. Thanks for the opinion.

P.S: I got an idea, if you see that blade over there on the logo, if I delete everything but the middle part the thing will look like V, I can put 3 in there. I'll check if that fits good i'll use it.

Nevermind. I ended up rotating the E so it looks like 3 and I think it's great. Also wrote ProjectX Instead Project and the X behind, because it makes the logo messy. I will create a new and better one once the server starts, i'll use this only for the beginning.

The first logo looks a lot better. Second one looks empty and bland.

I'd also suggest a better color scheme for the buttons themselves. Your logo itself is very... earthy in my eyes (browns, yellows, oranges) which makes the buttons look a little bit too clean and pristine for my liking.

I'd suggest trying to find a color scheme and graphics theme for the site and game itself (i assume that's your goal with the logo though) and use it to pull everything into a cohesive look and feel. The first logo looks great though, I'd definitely suggest going with that sort of a style for the rest of the UI/Site/Login screen

I agree. The big X was nice, adding interest to the logo.

Ignore the logo, it's the old one for now i'll change it later.
I will also make some changes to the design it's not that stylish atm.

I don't like it, I don't know why, But it's more close to a wordpress blog than a conquer private server (I am not saying it's not yours I am just saying it has the same color scheme so it's kinda boring)

I know it does. And I will create new one this is only to have something we can begin with. If everything goes well, you will see what kind of website I will make. Plus 85% of the servers use wow websites, so this should be ok for a while.

Well, wow websites are kewl, i like them, but I still stick to the idea of making your own website, And I am not saying that to you, I am saying it to anyone using pre-made websites, making your own website is unique and kewl :3

Several ideas, just in case you like any...
- Overlap the logo over the banner, and minimize the empty space.
- Chose 1 or 2 main colors related to the logo, for example brown, orange...
- Place the logo on the left, so you can reallocate the buttons easier, when needed.
- Always try to use high contrast between font and background colors, to make it more readable.
