How would you make the weapons have a reborn requirement?

QUESTION:
This thread got me inspired to make 3rd rb on my server.

So after 20 mins of trying to get the defense additions just right and stuff
I have it ALMOST fully implemented
the only problem i have is, when taos attack you with magic, theyll do more dmg to you if ur 3rd rb than 2nd rb or 1st, anyone know how i can change that?

Its because you didn't add magic defense or maybe cause the reborns give a special effect (they give lots) that you didn't add.

Also for reborn weapons, im assuming you have to add a new column or system in mysql with special properties to read how many reborns you have and set required amount.

Or just make a npc give you an awesome item you made that requires you to be third reborn to give and make it untradable.
