[BUG]Noob level 1 born with Skills.

How i can fix it?
When i creat a noob in my server, he's come with skills.

Find wherever your character creation is and remove it.

because you are using a public source
and at your database there is a skills for entity ids which you deleted from the entity table
and when you create new accounts it take the old entity ids which gives them the skills automatically because the skills table contain them with there entity ids

how to fix ?
clean the skills ids (skills ids where you save who got what skill with what level and what exp , not the table where you are having all skills with there power and exp req. pla pla pla pla pla)

i love saying pla pla pla pla pla pla (but it sound dumb all the time :\ )
