Step 1: Don't use anything compiling to IL
Nah serious answer:
Use an obfuscator, a private one if possible.
That said you probably don't have the experience to make one though.
There is nothing else that you really can do to protect your application against reflectors.
Applications compiled to IL leaves too much data in the compiled application which is why they're so easy to "reverse".
