[HELP]Just a couple of questions

what is a static ip and how do i get one?
if i made a new item fo rmy server does the image have to be saved as dds?
How ot make a Gold cup? like whats the UID for talismans?

Dynamic IP addresses can change each time you connect to the Internet, while static IP addresses are reserved for you statically and don't change over time. Going about changing that depends your your setup. Ex. Router Model

When making new items yes they need to be saved in .dds format. Also be sure to add the items to the itemtype.dat, Minimap.ani, and ItemMinIcon.ani

Phone up your ISP an ask for one. They'll probably charge you like $1-2 a month for it.

Contact your isp... any like he said the emblems/icons how ever you call it gotta be in dds format but if your talking about building a custom weapon/armor or any other things requires mesh files you will need a C3 3D Plugin for 3d max which i believe its TQ's private plugins or either supported by POV-Ray...
