The best source to start out with for people who seriously want to "learn" c# is Hybrid's Bugles source there is not many things implemented but its the best one out. It got some minor adds to it if u read through the pages u can see , IPBan by country, Portals, and some others that people posted.
Now it may not be what your looking for but i strongly recommend it to everyone who wants to learn C# and about private server.
