If you help me create and actually login to my own server I will pay you. Hamatchi is fine, whatever, couldnt care less as long as im on.

Why not follow one of the hundreds of painfully simple guides on this forum and do it yourself (for free)? Why waste money?

even if they setup for you then? you going to ask them how to make character or when the server is online you going to ask them how to fix the (example) login system?
you are going to say please fix this for me 10$ and every single time that will happen.
you will lose more money then you will get and you will learn nothing from there.

and i don't see any problem paying someone to do his job.

Speaking from personal experience, you won't learn much from getting people to program for you.
Spend that extra time, use google.

Anyone can help me to use l2 to walker?
I played in a server who used the C1 and obtained to use bot, but now it I brought up to date for C2 and bot stopped to function...
Now all time that I try to log i receive the following message from error:
01:32:20 Link LoginServer Succeed.
01:32:26 ->Login LoginServer Fail.
