Open the solution, Search for "its works only at" [Entire Search], Comment out the function that checks for the ip OR change the ip to your own so it will work only with yout ip.

you should delete the Ip Checker part in program.cs

I didn't said any vague thing ! simply i told you to

1. Open the solution in Visual Studio.
2. Make a quick search for either the "5.197.191.116", or "its works only at this ip" [NOTE] Change the search to Entire Solution.
3. Edit the IP to your one, or simply remove the check function.

Any way it will be located in program.cs.

Also an advice, Don't work on ****** public sources, Just code your own source. It is not that hard if you are even intermediate at C#
