Hello,

I've been searching through the advertising for private servers and I've seen a couple that caught my attention. However, when I read through their advertisement, I see a lot of bickering back and forth, and not sure what is actually a decent private server.

Things I'm looking for:

Easy download (anything under an hour with high speed internet)

I'm a full-time student in pre-nursing, so I'm looking for casual gaming. My days of uber addiction are over. But, I will be active.

Since I was around for Classic CO back in the day, I do like that style. I'm just afraid that it will be too time consuming for me now. Therefore, a server that isn't quite classic is fine, and with medium leveling. I don't want to be full 2-socket +15 gears in one day, basically. A decently balanced server would be nice.

Maybe a somewhat newer server? I like to grow with the community and not try to fit into a group of 100 active players that are all 130+ already.

A friendly community is so so so very important to me.

Alas, I'm unfamiliar with the new CO classes like ninja and monk. Do you recommend a server without these?

Eh, okay, how about this? Just throw me some private server names and I will make the decision then.

Well there also projectlvl were somewhat medium/high rate still growing as we speak, but if your looking for a exact copy of oldschool classic co I would hands down say Love2hate.

Um UG and Justin worked on a server there uploading client right now its called Unique Gaming

New server, barely any players (YET) because clients not up fully.
but don't worry about the "im level 130 and imma kill u now" thing.
because you'll be fine.

The register page and stuff there working on right now, just pc unique on chatbox to make an acc

It's funny... I don't realize how many people really see and read comments about my development until I see posts like this. It was only yesterday that I announced that goal.

@OP, Anyways... continuing off of what I said (and I'll try to keep off this thread since I have an entire thread for my development already), I'm designing the infrastructure of my server right now. If you have any ideas that would require me to change the requirements of my systems, letting me know soon would be great.

Where are you btw? 4 hours to download the client is extremely unusual, shouldn't take anywhere near that amount of time, certainly your the first to mention such a download time.

I'm in the US and Eastern time zone. I tried downloading the file and I kept getting "Network Failure." I'm not sure if it's because I'm using Google Chrome, or if it's the file. Also, is it a zip file? I didn't notice. But, I seem to have trouble unzipping and extracting with my winrar. I might have to download it again to get the free trial.

I tried a second time and it said a 2 hr download, but then I got that dang "Network Failure" and it stopped.

Is this unusual? I can't seem to succeed in downloading a pserver, haha.

Yeah thats pretty unusual, Im much closer than you so it says 12 minutes to download the file from the direct link. Putlocker is much slower for me, perhaps you should try the direct link.

Its a .rar file so winrar should be fine
