I see that Conquer Online Forum must be removed, What is the hell benefit from a section at EPVP! that everyone tells the other go check it yourself, go learn, go ****. [NOTE] I am no more interested in conquer at all so don't ******* tell that i am saying that because someone refused to help me but because when i look at the posts from time to time [posts by other people who asking for help]. i find some silly answers like

Yeahp looks like the spawn packet has changed, now go figure out what has changed, its not hard.

You didn't write this, you don't even know what it does, otherwise you wouldn't be asking for help >_>.

And many other replays. AT LEAST TELL HIM A SMALL TIP

I ADMIT : that i am one of those who fire every ****** thread but not everyone there is some people that really want to do something good if we didn't help them then who will !

Anyway it's just my point of view i don't need someone to come here to fight if you don't respect other people at least respect their views

It actually depends on who is asking the question, how he formed his question, if he actually gave us something fair to work with, then I'll be more than glad to help him as much as I can.

i sometimes even see people who must have help cuz they can do amazing things but just need some small help, and just have the same replays.

We can't hide that this forum has become too closed, barely one helping the other. all replays that i see are either offending or trolling

[And as supposed this is EPVP, the place where every one shares every single knowledge with others, So i was wonder how could some people here have the Password Cipher and refuse to share it [just an example of selfish]

Everything is given to everyone. Everything needed is public.If you don`t understand something, study how it`s done in another source. If you don`t get how a packet was structured, log them yourself and compare. If you can`t log packets, create a logger. If you can`t create a logger, learn how to create a proxy. Etc. Everything I listed has been done openly here, and is available to the public. The best way you can learn something is by doing it.

You wrongly understood me ... what i meant i sthat there is some people that are you can't help them cuz they are stupids they cant even understand help, on the other hand there is other people that understand what they are making but there is a point that they stuck at they need a small trigger from us here so they can resume their way. And i see that even giving this small trigger is barely found here nowadays...

the person that i noticed he's helping is 2slam .. and shadow .. others like "I dont have username" and some other ppl dont even tell them to figure it out there selves .. they troll them !

so, basically, u want close a section with a recopilation of information about CO PServers from 5 years ago, the major amount of resources about this (CO PServers and obv. CO2), and where hundreds or thousands of ppl get information everyday because the best codders in this section got bored from idiots questions, they gave us almost everything that we actually have, they are giving us everything that they find is needed, for example if Hybrid were not here, no one would be able to authenticate accs. in an updated server except for a few.
there are ppl still posting new sources coded from scratch, if u aren't going to use it as base, use it for learning, and apply that knowledge in the source u are using, u don't know something, why ask it here, use google, most of the times u can find the answer there.

actually this section have a lot of resources, there is no reason to close it just because the "new generation" of members are incredibly lazy and want that the experienced guys solve all the problems by them, or ask them solutions what they can find, i have seen some times ppl saying "why reinvent the wheel, can u give me ....?", the most idiot argument, what if i post "i want an aimbot source where i can get money, but why reinvent the wheel? Hybrid or Silent-Death can u give me your sources plz!!?" the answer i will get is obviously.

There are a few reasons why the capable programmers stopped helping the other members publicly. Firstly, most members here only want to profit off our work. On top of that, they decided that they don't even need to know how to program to manage a source. Our sources aren't official. There is no option to only work with the binaries of our sources because there is no completed open source. The idea that they can simply run it, bug the community for every little problem they have, then profit off of the answers they receive, isn't realistic. It's why they get trolled and why we (real programmers) don't care about them. Secondly, the level of stupidity on this forum has risen significantly. We can recognize the people who are making an effort and help them privately. You say this section is dead but I'm currently mentoring someone from here who shows real potential. I give him hints and he figures things out. Some people here decide to give others that help by giving them a push in the right direction. The reason why I stopped is because common sense isn't common here. It's frustrating and it's why I don't even open threads that say "i need help". If it has the words "need" and "fast" in the title, I say "**** it, I'll pass." Thirdly, public development is dead. That's not a result of programmers becoming greedy, they just want to protect their work. It's gotten to that point. That doesn't mean that the section is dead, though. There's a ton of resources available to beginning programmers.

So let's answer your question now that I've stated those three reasons. You asked "how could some people here have the Password Cipher and refuse to share it". Idk about you, but I don't want more bots in real co and clientless bots on my server. Roy created the bypass for you guys so you could be on the most recent patch, but you continue to want more. You don't need the cipher when you have a bypass, but people here don't understand that because they're idiots. People won't teach themselves how to understand things because they're lazy. Idk about you, but I rather keep mentoring my smart student then be bothered by some lazy ******* who wants "pirate password cipher now fast please allah".

Because we've been spoonfeeding the last few years and it haven't helped at all in this community, so we evt. just left, gave up or have no more interest in helping anyone..

You have no idea how much effort some people in this community have put into helping people just for the sake of it to die.

I have 2 issues with your first post OP, you say that I should have given a small tip, in the first post i confirmed the issue was with the spawn packet (which the op was unsure of) and directed them to look for changes in it, that is a small tip.

The second post the guy had claimed to have written a snippet which he posted and wanted to know how he could do similar to solve another issue, however the code he had posted was completely unrelated to his problem and he had no idea what it did, hence what i posted. In his case the solution would have been for him to go learn C#, but there's been enough 'Go learn C#' posts lately, of course if he had been honest from the start and not tried to bullshit his way into a solution by trying to demonstrate he knew what he was talking about, perhaps he could have gotten a better answer.

And its not that we aren't friendly people, or that we don't help people, we don't help people who don't help themselves. If you want to point the finger at someone, go find a mirror and point at yourselves.
