Editing a flat-file or ini source

The v1.3 ShadeCO source is an example, how do you modify these, like adding coding that normal is done on C# files

Yeah it is but it was modified into a flat-line source in the v1.3 release due to glitches. I have full access but I want to know how to make changes because I want to add somethings. I think the PDB files might be it, but I do not know, nor do I know how to open them.

Decompile the source, because the creators were too much of dicks to release the actual source.
