Why make a template when you can get a professional one for free? Its not about being unoriginal, but that you'll have a far better looking site by using an existing template made by people who's experienced in making templates, rather than making your own.

It is all fine and dandy to download a free template, but ripping other peoples work/cash (purchasing a template) is just plain unappreciative and ignorant. Especially when they then try to pass said website off as their own or then come to this forum to seek help on understanding what to do.
