Battle power / Boss Hp Issues

Well When Am working on Fixing the Checking gear ..and am almost done except with battlePower when i check player which are in my screen its Right but when we are in different cities it appears 0 As that ..

Btw . I Searched About battle power in Update Subtype havent find it
Searched about it in Spawn packet and In Albertos Didnt find them too So any hints About it

Another Issue Hp Bar of Bosses Arent As Tq ( 3 Lines ) beside that smtimes it appears like that although the boss Hp is Completed

1-send the spawn packet for the character u r observing and then send the items , this should solve it
2-Bosses have a Boolean byte that tells the client it is a boss as i remember it was offset 187 ,, second thing u have to check if it is a boss and if it is then the current hp at the spawn packet should be (CurrentHP * 10000 / MaxHP)

Well thats what i did Sent Observer the packet 1040 containing All data of Observed then Gears of Observed But Still UnShowing Battle power

About Bosses Hp will work on that Now
