No-Ip Host?

Hello, i've seen a guy hosting his server using a No-Ip adress because he has dynamic ip.

I've tried it but client closes in login

Use the IP address of the host. If you're sharing IPs, it won't work.

if you're right, how did it work for him? i played in his server, and client had no crash

now i'm using same client, same loader, but it doesn't work

If your dynamic dns shares the IP with others, the port might not really be open for you.

I don't know if you're talking about me and my release, but you can use the no-host address in the client for everyone. You can't send it in packet 1055 though. At that point, you need to be sending the host's true ipv4 address. That's why I provided that code to you (in my release). Anytime that the client closes completely during login, it's the ip address you're sending in packet 1055.

I'm not talking about you and your release, and talking about a guy, who used the same Loader.exe/LoaderSet.ini we all use to host his server using a dynamic ip adress, Guess what he succeeded unlike me.

now let's come to your release, will it make me able to host a private server from my pc even if i have a dynamic ip? i tried to follow the instructions but my Windows XP is in French, and i think yours isn't even XP,so i'll try again till it works

And you're right, first i thought the problem was in the client, so i put the dynamic ip in the LoaderSet.ini and the no-ip in the source, same problem happened, so it comes from the packed 1055 as you said
