SubType and StatusType

Hello everyone...
I have code the Azureshield packet (with the reference of someone code...)
and also SoulShackle... when they cast the icon above now will be display..

I just have another issue..
1. SubType and SatusType of this following Icon or skill
PHP Code:
* Tyrant Aura
* AzuresShild
* SoulShackle
* Fend Aura
* All other Icon that can be seen on the top portion when casting it....

But All i concluded that 113 , 93 are Probably Flag IDs
