and extraxt into u webfolder
now go to:

and now follow the pics:

if u have extract it into a other folder go into this

phpbb is on of the best free forums that u can download and run from u computer. and mostly all free forum are based on phpbb.
and i think a own phpbb forum is better then a free forum from the i net because u can change nearly everything.

@koio : I bet that I can screw your forum in 10 minutes. At least, last time when I used a phpBB forum I could. I think that you certainly didn`t use SMF. If you did, you`d see the difference
