How to make Good AntiBot system

Any one can hit us with any tips for how to make good anti bot system for 5065?
We were thinking about do it exe based but it will be shown as a virus by antivirus programs any other smart and good working ways to prevent boting?
So far we are successive in catching them one by one and simple jailing and banning by our awesome working staff members but server grows so fast.. soon we wont be able to control all archers :P
If any one can help us with it would be awesome.
We are happy with tips how to make it or maybe some one can make one for us?

uh, have a dll load up on them logging in, have the dll check for cheat modules and process's and stop bad things ******* with conquers memory, had a MD5 check on the end of the packets, verify all packets are from co, make sure the server knows the anticheat is running and stays running.

Or if you're lazy, implement a server-side anti-botting system. It's harder to do in a sense, but also a tad more "foolproof"
