I got a problem ... I added a new weapon stronger than the old 130 weapon but the +12 doesn't work with it ... how should I add the weapons into Itemadd ?

You must not have set the static id correctly, it has to be in a valid range to match itemadd. Unless you have one of those fancy itemadd files that has every staticid instead of the ranges, in which case, just create a new line for the new static id and each plus.
