Yes but that won't then let him use the packets in his private server.

I've had a number of people offer near this for the new encryption... fairly sure I forwarded them to you inf. I think 500 is the most I've seen so far though. Generally people are saying like 300 and get turned down.

@bauss , what if they used a middleman , once he send the money to the middleman he send it to the one who got the encryption o-0
will paypal refund it from the seller ? or even lock the middleman and seller accounts o-0 ?

He can still chargeback, then the middleman will be the one getting chrgebacked tho.

Let's say Buyer sends $500 to Middleman.
Then Middleman's paypal will be at $500 and Buyer's account will be at $0.
Then Middleman sends $500 to Seller.
Seller's account is now at $500 and both Middleman and Buyers account is at $0.
Then the buyer charges $500 back from the Middleman and Middleman's account will be at -$500 and Buyer's account is at $500.
However Seller still have his $500, but Middleman is now in negative and his account will be limited, which results in him not being able to send/receive any money or use them at all.

That's the problem...
