I completely agree. Most private servers today are overpowered because CO is overpowered. Nobody wants to recognize that or address it except for the players that still play Conquer Online with all natural +3s. This "guide" is unnecessary and offensive with all of the profanity being thrown around.

It's our fault, we could have developed the servers emulators without releasing them to the masses. In this way, just a few people would be able to run a server, a proper one not those ridiculous ones that are out now. Look at Qonquer, imo, they will rule for ever! Nobody leaked nothing, everything was well kept hidden and until they went down, Qonquer > retail CO.
The biggest problem is that all the 'elites' left e*pvp a long time ago and we are left with basically no one who knows who to properly develop a server.

These private servers suck. 02/29/2008 - Dekaron Private Server - 7 Replies I do appreciate the people that put these servers up, but it can be a real pain in the ass to log in to them, and the lag is horrid.
I'm sick of the regular 2moons servers, and the game play there.
What I want to do is host one up. I have a 30mbit down 30mbit up fiber line and have the resources required. Problem is that I don't have access to server files to do so.
In other words, I'm requesting someone to point me in the right direction to obtain said files.
