[Release] Reload Mobs and npc command

What I can say I like to recharge the mobs or npcs with a command, without restarting the server?

DataBase.LoadMobSpawns();

Mobs are easy:

1. Make an foreach for every SingleMob an Disappear him.
2. In the foreach above you add the Delete from AllMobs.
3. Reload the Mobs
4. Spawn all mobs again

Do you mean like a mass spawn command. Wouldn't that like lag up everything!
