None of what you requested exists.

There is no such things as a full client, because a client can always be modified, so it's never complete.

There is no such things as a full source, because a source will always miss things, have bugs. Not big bugs, but any bugs or missing features will make it incomplete, so thus meaning you're requesting something non-existing.

You cannot get what you want and you will NEVER get it.

A: Such a source doesn't exist.

A: Yes, there are multiple sources available here.
