No 3DEffects, except for FB/SS & Hits

So I used this sort of program, which got rid of all my 3DEffects(can still be restored tho).
But the thing is, I do not want to get rid of ALL my 3D Effects, I just want it that way, that I can still see my targets gettin hit, as well as I can see my own SS/FB.
So my question is, how to?

Get rid of all and add in SS/FB manual afterwards.

Well, I tried doing that with some "SS/FB Edits", but somehow they did not work after I did the "Effect-Removing" stuff.

Remove first, add edits.

Make sure they edits in all the necessary places incl. ini- and dbc files.
