need help with vps !!!!!!!!!!!

i have get a vps and server work on it 100%

and i useing appserv 2.6.0

now my game page dosn't work on vps it must work when i put it in

appserv/www

and open it



right

it dosn;t work what should i do

Let me get this right.. game server is fully set up and working on vps but your web hosting is not? easiest solution would be re installing/checking that it has Apache running properly. Fairly sure Apache ow what is bundled in appserv. My guess is the install got screwed around.

thnx for replay but i think that httpd serveic is not work coz of windows block it up
.that what i think .i'm useing windows server 2003 >it could be blocked cos the high protection on windows

It doesent have to be blocked cus of the protection level etc.. it might be used by something else or maybe one of the app server needed ports is used by an already installed service.

What CP do you use on that vps?

If its something like plesk than you should recheck and make sure that none of the services that app server uses is already installed and used by the CP.

Then you should check and see if you can create a domain on that vps. if so and you can create one then.
1- You should setup a domain
2- give it the vps IP address
3- forget about the app/wamp/etc servers and use the httpdocs folder (Found under the FileManager tap) as a WWW folder. and use the domain ip to access the folder content.

Note: as far as i know that's most likely how any vps works not sure
