Reg page quit working.

I decided to use Steals reg page, only problem is, I get this error message when trying to go to register page.

I cant seem to get rid of it. I followed his video guide to a T, but it always comes up that way.

and all files are in the www folder from appserver? because i had that problem till i putted in the www folder from appserver

And if they are in the appserv www place then just reinstall appserv i had to do that this morning and it works again woo :P
