How to update GM level in 5165. (Question)

How do I update my status fom reg player to [GM] / [PM] in 5165 and also edit a characters stats? Help a noob out? Ty.

when i hit enter it goes to next line. I can only create accounts with my reg page. how come its not reacting?

Sad thing is...they don't even know how to make a character GM / PM.
