I don't beleive what Infamous said would fall under that, your manor of speaking to people however fits in with that perfectly, btw do you have i-terrets or do you just talk to people like that online because you don't beleive anything can be done about it? And dont need a speak w/ GM.

To be quite honest, if they cannot speak English; there sure as hell not going to program in English. If you've ever taken a moment to look at any language your notice words such as;

int(integer), string, bool(boolean), public, static, extern, import, stdcall, char(character) and the list goes on. Having some grasp on English is mandatory for programming...

PS: I don't care how long you've worked on something, just if it's useful or not.
