Mob Spawn Effect - Thanks to Adz.
Whisper Fix - You cannot whisper yourself, thanks to gfun.
Commands only for GM - Gfun again
You cannot make GM accounts using GMNEW - Just a little security fix, so you can still make normal user accounts using NEW but not GM accounts.

Still working on,
Cannot whisper offline people.
GM global message.
Fix for random disconnect bug.
