Look at a few examples from the source. Chris codes them in python (.py - but he renamed it .npc). Open them in Notepad. They're located in an npc folder.

PS: I'm just assuming that he did it that way since he loves coding npcs in Python. (I do too!)

I didnt ask what I want correctly , I have a good software to write , but I don't know really how to code em correctly , I know to make the NPC give a thing , but I don't know to make them sell things

You need to learn C# more. My first source was NewestCoServer. From there, I taught myself how to code NPCs. Back then, I knew almost nothing about C#. All I had was a simple background in Java (which really helped).
