Question about deleting a sprite from start.dat(client)

hello guys i have a question about deleting a sprite from the client . i opened the start.dat with fd3 changed the login screen and now i want to remove that boxes on the top of the login screen , i found it from the program its the sprite 181 but when i select it and press remove , my task closes , so please can someone tell me how to remove that ? see the picture below :
