What is the oldest conquer source avaible, with less bugs?

also i got another question
i'm not really a good coder, but i want to learn it
so on the internet i can find packets like 1005 and stuff
but in sources it says something like: 0x13 or something, you know what i mean?
How do you convert them or anything, so you can use them in the source, it would be nice if someone can explain me something about it

UCCO Source, oldest one afaik.

1005 = decimal
0x13 = Hex

Just use your calculator or google to convert them
