[5095 Server] Msgserver and Worldserver doesn't run!

Hello,my friend is trying to make a 5095 server,but when he run Msgserver or Worldserver it says "database open failed. db server:127.0.0.1,user:test,psw:test, db_name:zf,db port:3306"and he already have XAMPP and phpmyadmin online with the green light!
If anyone could help him through team viewer , just leave your msn here!

For binaries you need an old mysql server(most of them come with an mysql), not something like appserv or xampp, I think.
