or another thing (winRar for example) to extract the file. Usually putting it in your CO directory. Or, as the person b4 me said, put it where the "thread" or ReadMe.txt tells you to put it.
if you wanna know how to unpack it, right click on it once you get winrar, and click "extract here" or "extract file" if you know how to use that option. lol.
